Vilokita Sonawane is back bone for ABCD Foundation as HR Head for ABCD Foundation completed master degree in Human resource as well IBM from Pune University. Bringing 8 years of HR and recruiting experience to the organization. Vilokita serves as lead for the HR team, and as a resource and mentor for employees and new team members. Prior to ABCD worked in the Non-Profit industry as HR executive. Vilokita is a dedicated, results oriented individual with a passion for working with the people side of business Vilokita diverse areas of strength include Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment & selection, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Retention, Health and Safety Program Management, Human Resources Operations and Administration
Goal
Shreeniketan Child Care Foundation is at its heart is commitment to children who are out of school to help provide them with opportunities to learn and as such, it contributes to the Maharashtra's Sustainable Development Goal . To ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning.
Who We Are
These Children, the majority of whom live in the most marginalized sector of society, have no access to quality primary education due to the tremendous obstacles they face including, extreme poverty, living in areas affected by armed conflict, limited resources, poor infrastructure, natural disasters, or other factors that make education out of reach, They face increasing vulnerabilities as young girls, children with disabilities. 1) Food cloth & shelter so no one is deprived of this basic things.
2) Helping those deprived of health & education.
3) To use local resources and seek to become self-reliant in energy and food. To strive to relocate children in to their family units.
4) Achieve recognition as a leading Think Tank organization providing to Govt and other stakeholders well-reasoned recommendations on social, national and global issues.

Our Sreeniketan Child Care Foundation Reach
Today fifty children are studying in this Shreeniketan Gurukul project . we are running this project thorough NGO without any government grant the students of this Gurukul dire need of money for various things accommodation food , health education, educational materials however the generous people of the society are being challenged to come forward and help generously for the bright future of such children
